Willems Biscuits is looking to strengthen the sales team with a National Account Manager, specializing in Out of Home (OOH) and Business to Business (B2B), in order to continue their growth path.

Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally.


Functiebeschrijving:

You are responsible for delivering the yearly, and long term profitable sales growth of your international private label customers by managing a number of commercial partners internationally


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping and executing an OOH/B2B plan alligned with our CBB (Customer Brand Business) strategy and developing an annual action plan tailored to captivate the needs of your customers.
  • Establish robust, commercial, and sustainable relationships with OOH partners and B2B partners on an international scale. To Build and maintain a powerful network within the market.
  • Devising and executing a savvy and profitable pricing and assortment strategy and managing the negotiations cycle.
  • Managing relationships and contracts, driving us toward our commercial objectives while making judicious decisions on budget and resources.
  • Analyzing and translating market data, gaining insights that help us move forward and delivering a solid sales forecast.
  • Serving as a trusted sparring partner to our Sales Services Manager, overseeing administrative, logístical, or financial action points.

Profiel:

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

  • A Master's degree and min. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG company.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, and a handson mentality with a team player attitude.
  • Passion for developing private label brands and an entrepreneurial mindset with a resultdriven focus, empthasizing quality and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with partners, line managers, and team members.
  • An eagerness to work in an international context and flexibility for ocassional travels.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with advantageous knowledge of SAP.
