Role description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team, specializing in crafting learning paths as a cornerstone of our company's Customer Success strategy.

As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of our diverse partners and clients.

France or Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Path Development: Develop and design learning paths and resources, including manuals, presentations to support the educational objectives of our partners and clients.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to pinpoint training gaps and opportunities for improvement within our partner and client organizations.
Content Creation: Create captivating and interactive training content that adheres to industry best practices and addresses the specific requirements of our audience.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions both inperson and virtually, ensuring that participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Evaluation and Feedback: Establish evaluation metrics and mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational objectives

Do we have a match?:

This is what we expect from you:

4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Networking/Security solutions, preferably identity and authentication solutions
Experience with standard authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Radius, LDAP)
Technical understanding of core security topics (SSL/TLS, password hashing, encryption, etc.)
Technical knowledge in corporate IT ecosystem (VPN, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, SSO, Microsoft architectures)
An Indepth knowledge of Identity/Access Management and twofactor/multifactor authentication is a plus
Technical experience in managing IT systems is a plus
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate crossfunctionally.
Selfdriven, detailoriented, cando attitude
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
Language skills: English, Dutch, French
BA/BS degree or equivalent
