Collaborate with warehouses to maintain product availability for order fulfillment.

Generate accurate invoices, facilitate payment processing, and manage credit checks.

Shipping and Tracking:

Coordinate order shipments, provide tracking information, and manage delivery schedules.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve order-related issues, returns, and discrepancies.

Documentation:

Maintain thorough records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.

Work with various teams for seamless order fulfillment and process improvement.

The Successful Applicant:

Multilanguage skills required

English

Eager to learn the job from A-Z or already have had a first experience in any Customer Service or Logistics related function.
Applies broad knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices and a general understanding of department fundamentals.
Team player and at the same time able to work independently
