Wegens het welverdiend pensioen van een medewerker zoeken wij een enthousiaste nieuwe collega voor onze RANSON SHOP in 'Groot-Bijgaarden' voor de commerciële, logistieke en administratieve ondersteuning van de winkel.
Dagelijks Takenpakket
Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel telefonisch als live;
Dankzij jouw vriendelijk onthaal voelt de klant zich welkom;
Je adviseert de klanten bij de keuze van producten;
Je rekent de klanten af aan de kassa;
Je voorziet de interne bevoorrading van het magazijn;
Je zet goederen in de rekken en voorziet die van de correcte prijzen;
Met jouw oog voor detail zorg je voor orde en netheid in de winkel.
Je maakt verkooporders, volgt de voorraden en boekt goederen in voor ontvangst;
Je zorgt voor een telefonische opvolging van bestaande en potentiële nieuwe klanten;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het logistiek beheer en het aansturen van de chauffeurs.
Profiel
Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans; zowel gesproken als geschreven;
Je kan zelfstandig werken maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer;
Je bent hulpvaardig, communicatief en klantgericht;
Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
Je hebt kennis van de courante office toepassingen en hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket;
Je kan werken van maandag tot vrijdag;
Je hebt reeds ervaring in een administratieve functie;
Kennis van grondstoffen en ervaring in de bakkerijsector.
Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
