Team Quality Management Follow up that the service level agreeements and quality of delivered services by the team is at the required level.

Coordinate Team Meetings Steer and lead the team meetings, ensurign that all necessary topics are reported on by team members
Coordinate Incident Management Ensure all incidents related to technology services that Cyber Security team is managing, are assigned, well-documented and closed off in time.
Single-point-of-contact for IT operational team during major incident management calls, with the focus of putting the best-suited team member(s) in the call.
Coordinate Task Management Ensure all change request tasks related to technology services that Cyber Security team is managing, are assigned, well-documented and closed off in time.
Coordinate Change Management Ensuring non-standard changes to technology services Cyber Security team is managing is done following internal release management processes.
Coordinate Threat Intelligence Ensure that ad-hoc threat information is picked up by the team and necessary incidents are assigned. Ensure ad-hoc requests, [C]ISO are being picked up and reported on as urgency requires
Continuous Knowledge Management Ensure standard operating procedures are created, regularly updated and qualitatitve.
Follow up that knowledge articles, architectural diagrams and service documentation are centralised and regularly updated.
Lead the security operations team that manages the cyber security capabilities and ensure the service management is qualitative, measurable and reportable.
Manage the workload of L1 & L2 team members, and ensure no tasks, incidents or ad-hoc requests are not handled.
Ensure pro-active reporting to cyber management team. Serve as single-point-of-contact for other teams and during major incident management calls.Profiel
- Have at least 5 years of security experience on managing IT operational teams, with focus on IT service support.
- Have a good understanding of IT Service Management, preferable ITIL certified.
- Have strong planning and organizational skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal and network development skills
- Can work comfortably under pressure with clear and to the point reporting.
- Can explain technical concepts to executives in a digestible fashion
- Have experience with ServiceNow as ITSM tool.
- Have experience in an International Enterprise and have worked across different organizations, nationalities and cultural differences
