Job summary
+As a Cloud Platform Solution (CI Portal) Engineer, you will join the Cloud Platform Solution Team within the Cloud Infrastructure department.This role acts as the front door of the Cloud Infrastructure organization, combining customer-facing solutioning with strategic ownership of a self-service infrastructure portal.
You will take ownership of an existing cloud infrastructure self-service portal and actively contribute to its evolution into a scalable, automated and customer-centric platform.+
Responsibilities
+Act as the primary interface between internal customers and the Cloud Infrastructure teamsGuide customers in defining their infrastructure needs (VMs, storage, databases, networking, middleware)
Translate business and technical requirements into feasible infrastructure solutions
Contribute architecturally and functionally to the evolution of the Cloud Infrastructure self-service portal+
Nice to have skills
