Notre site d'Eupen est spécialisé dans la fabrication de solutions alimentaires innovantes à destination d'une clientèle industrielle. Un peu plus de 120 collaborateurs travaillent sur notre site d'Eupen, dans une ambiance familiale et un cadre international.

In your role, you are the sparring partner for the local managers on different HR matters.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

You are an important confidant for both management and employees as well as for external partners.

You contribute to the successful implementation, evaluation and optimization of the HR policy.

Managers and employees can turn to you for everything related to social legislation, recruitment, training & development, comp & ben, well-being at work and other HRrelated topics.

You develop a relationship of trust with them.

You are the sparring partner for our local managers

Together with the HR Manager CE you work on HR Projects such as employee engagement, absenteeism, performance review, talent management,and you turn them into concrete action plans

You attract new talent, by entering the labour market in a creative way (social media, collaboration with schools, job fairs, etc.) You develop a network for this and you ensure good cooperation.

Optimizing our interim occupation

You provide a smooth integration of new employees. Good pre
- and onboarding is essential for this.

You discuss and negotiate with the local union delegation

To make our employees grow, you prepare the necessary training plans, you stimulate competence management and the development of everyone's talent.

You stay up to date with the current evolutions within your field

SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE

You have a Master/Bachelor in HR and at least 5 years of experience in a production environment.

You are Communicative, flexible, hands on attitude, stress resistant, people manager

You can work autonomous and can prioritize

You are a real team player

You speak French, English and German is a plus
