Pour une société qui se situe à Bruxelles, nous recherchons un ou une assistante administrative FR/ANG (f/m) pour une mission d'intérim jusqu'au 30/06/2023.
Description des tâches:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including agenda management, filtering calls, drafting general correspondence, Support internal staff management processes such as leave, flexitime and missions.
- Coordinate actions to organise necessary meeting facility requirements and booking, organising, special events, centralising and requesting access for external visitors.
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Head of Division and Head of Unit and potentially members of the Division where identified.
- Support the communication of relevant matters to management and staff.
Profil:
- Solid General office administration
- Experience with Excel and MS Office tools
- Either a postsecondary education attested by a diploma in a relevant field, or a secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to postsecondary education and relevant professional experience of at least 2 years. Preference to a secretarial or office administration education.
- In addition, a minimum of 1 year professional experience in providing secretarial support.
- Experience with mission preparation (i.e. flights, hotel booking etc).
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Drafting skills in English.
- Quality focus, customeroriented, teamwork and sense of confidentiality.
