Wat zal je job inhouden?:
As a payroll support you will join the dynamic and international HR team in the HQ in Mechelen.
You will get an overview of the payroll process and receive the chance to expand your skills by learning more about the international processes.
This is a hybrid role:
you will be working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
Your responsibilities as a payroll support:
- Preparation of payroll for 10 European countries
- HR administration and employee's file control
- Reporting of HR related data (vacation, sickness, overtime)
- Overall support to the payroll team
Wat zoeken we?:
- First relevant working experience in a data focused position (payroll, finance, administration)
- Strong attention to details and eager to learn more
- Analytical mindset and a high level of ownership
- Strong communication skills in English and any of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Openness to work on a temporary basis from the HQ in Mechelen
