Workways is in the development phase of its eco-responsible business with rapid growth in Belgium, Ireland and France.

Composed of about 100 people worldwide with a team of 20 people already dedicated to Workways our goal is to be a European leader in the flexi-office sector.

For this Workways is building a great team and scaling up. You will also benefit from a horizontal management structure with direct interaction with the founders.


The role will include:
- being a client facing front of house representative: meeting, greeting and managing clients and their needs, answering calls and questions, dealing with walk-ins and various enquiries
- being the Customer Services point of contact on site for clients,
- showing prospective customers around and explaining and pitching the flexi-office concept alongside the Sales and Marketing team,
- working closely with the Site Manager ensuring daily facilities are running smoothly and undertake a wide variety of tasks getting the business off the ground

You will have a passion for Customer Service and a natural comfortable way with people and clients.

A quick learner, you will be able to contribute rapidly to resolving short term tactical problems in the context of understanding and contributing to delivering on the overall business strategy.

You will be both outgoing and dynamic, as well as being well organized and structured.

You will be graduating shortly or a recent graduate and be available for a minimum of 6 months.

You will be based in Belgium in Zaventem and you should be a fluent FR/EN speaker.
