Our client is a leader in his sector and a worldwide provider of an innovative range of products, and even though they're an international company, they manage to keep a personal approach with their providers and customers.

They develop a sustainability policy to help communities face challenges, being responsible for our environment and enable people to grow and develop with equality and dignity.

They are looking for a BI & Data Lead you oversee creation and maintenance of data-driven insights for my client decision making.

Responsibilities:

You create data-driven reports & presentations that promote Business Intelligence services.

Create reports to monitor KPI's.

Work together with vendors to implement new tools or systems.

You design & implement data solutions, enhance operations and, maximize performance.

Work together with stakeholders from the organization and, identify possibilities for enhancing data to produce business value.

Supervise the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ETL processes, and, other data infrastructure components.

You manage a team of data analysts by providing guidance and support to help them grow & meet company goals.

Develop and execute reporting & analytics programs.

Extract data from databases for reporting and analysis.

Maintain financial control on BI and ensure that resources are used effectively.

Skills:

Relevant experience with Data Management in an Operations environment.

Proven track record in understanding production and supply chain data from a factory point of view.

Experience with Data warehouses is a must.

Past experiences as Data Analyst is a plus.

You have a good experience with Power BI.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Able to convince & influence.

You speak English fluently (French or Spanish is considered a plus).
