As a Data Entry Specialist, you will join and support the Quality team located in Antwerp.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records
Create internal and external quality reports for clients with data out of our ERP systems.
Control client specification data in ERP systems, reviewing for deficiencies or errors and correcting any inconsistencies
Followup of specific quality related customer questions
Assist in other quality related administrative tasks (e.g. data entering, preparing quality trainings, translate documents)
Follow up of quality finance by processing invoices (PO creation/reception)
Ensuring data security and confidentiality by following appropriate protocols

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor degree, preferably in a technical field, agriculture, agronomy, food science, chemistry or related discipline
Interest in quality management
Strong communication skills, both for internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using databases
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Fluent in Dutch, both speaking and writing. French or English is a plus
Affinity with ERP systems such as JDE and MaPPS
