Tasks

Position Summary

Reporting to the HRBP you will join the CAE Steenokkerzeel Team and will be primarily responsible for strategic and tactical questions for the Brussels - Central Europe cluster.

Principal Responsibilities


As a HR Generalist, you have quite some responsibilities:
You are a real puzzler who solves all HR questions.

Recruitment, absenteeism, performance management and global mobility:
you have the solution right up your sleeve.

You support the HR Business Partner who leads the company strategically to the top.

You take a leading role in various projects concerning culture change, leadership development and employee engagement.


As an HR Generalist, you have quite some responsibilities: different people.


Requirements:

• You have completed an education in the field of HRM.
• You can already impress with 2 to 4 years of experience in an allround HR function.
• You are someone who knows how to deal with different interests, cultures and needs.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Do you have experience with Workday and Payroll? That is a serious asset
• You like a bit of turbulence and the necessary work pressure motivates you to put your shoulders to the wheel.
