Your workplace:

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager Turbomachinery to join their team.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our advanced turbomachinery products and services, achieving order intake targets and developing new business opportunities in your assigned region.


Function:


  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in your assigned region, where you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing deals
  • Achieving order intake targets by executing effective sales and marketing strategies and managing customer relationships
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, including preparing and issuing quotations, negotiating prices and contract terms and handling complaints
  • Creating and implementing sales plans and strategies, including analysing market trends and competitive information to strengthen our competitive position
  • Reporting sales results and market trends to the management team

Your profile:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in selling turbomachinery products and services, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
  • Experience managing complex sales projects, including preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and managing customer expectations
  • A proactive and resultsoriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and set priorities
