Join a group of highly motivated graduates from different locations over a period of 18 months


Your mission:

  • Work with Mondi experts on exciting assignments in technology and operations relating to
    process optimizations, performance assessments, trouble shootings, feasibility studies, project management etc.
-
Rotate globally once or twice during the programme. Your location of work will be defined in close alignment between you and your manager.

Develop yourself , get to know the business and network with Mondi colleagues worldwide through onsite/online trainings, rotations, networking, and collaboration events.


Profil:


Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Engineering / Chemistry or a similar qualification (freshly graduated from university maximum 2 years ago).
  • Any experience with Food technology and food packaging with packaging technology very welcome
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of TQM, LEAN and six Sigma
  • Keen to contribute to the Mondi Action Plan 2030 and our ambitious 2030 sustainability goals.
  • Fluent in the English language, any additional language is considered advantageous.
  • Internationally mobile and open to relocate.
