• Would you like to become our go to employee for the ITSM tooling we use within Arxus? Good Because we are still looking for a ServiceNow Developer with a keen interest in these tools, someone who enjoys working in an innovative company.

Did you know that 80% of the data in our customer portal comes directly from ServiceNow? A position that therefore requires responsibility.

As a ServiceNow Developer
- it is up to you to further configure, expand or implement the ITSM tooling

• Our customers expect you to translate their questions into concrete solutions in the ITSM tool.
• In other words, you are eager to help our customers with a smile.

What do we expect from you?
- someone with a great interest and/or affinity for ITSM tooling and ServiceNow
- someone who can proudly call himself/herself a Bachelor or Master in IT
- freelance or payroll, both are possible for this position.
- has mastered the ITSM processes/tooling and is eager to acquire this knowledge and put it into practice
- jumps for joy when it comes to work processes and technology
- has a good knowledge about JavaScript and can therefore work with this scripting language
- also likes to think about current business processes and how they can be improved: what can improve the productivity of our engineers? How can we improve the customer experience?

• Can also conjure up a number of soft skills such as problemsolving and customer focus, but also has analytical skills.

- knowledge of Angular and data models will be considered as bonus points.
