Mission:


  • The senior equity thematic fund manager is responsible for managing investment funds, developing investment strategies, and delivering strong investment performance.
  • Candriam is looking to hire an experienced "generalist" equity thematic fund manager who can further develop broader thematic funds and nonthematic global funds.
  • This role requires extensive experience in investment management, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to guide investment teams.

Responsabilities:


  • The senior equity thematic fund manager will be lead manager of a specific fund worth over AUM 1.5 billion euros, and of several global thematic funds managed for distribution partners.
  • He/She will formulate and execute his/her own convictions but also
- capitalize on the research done by the full thematic team (more than 20 professionals), and in turn make sure information flows towards the team.

  • He/She will assess the feasibility of new global product ideas and eventually help
- finalize them.


Profile:


  • Prior senior experience as Global Equity Fund Manager.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment theories.
  • Sound experience in fundamental financial analysis.
  • Proven track record of successful investment performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Passionate about ESG/Sustainable investment.
  • Team spririt, cooperative mindset.
  • Good IT skills.
