We are looking for new interns for our ZF Wind Power Plant in the laboratory at our location in Lommel.

The internship can start as soon as possible for the next three to six months.

What you can look forward to:

Chemical and metallurgical analyses on our products
Microscopy and hardness interpretation
Reporting of the data and discussing the results
Trend analyses on the obtained data
You will be part of a diverse team, and you'll have to work together with different departments for the discussion of the results.

Your profile:

Studying towards a degree in materials science, metallurgy or engineering or comparable field of study
Experience with microscopy and chemical lab practices are an asset.
Confident use of MS Office 365 as well as very good English skills
You are interested in wind power technology
Team spirit, analytical skills, quick comprehension, solutionoriented and independent working style, a pragmatic approach, and strong communication skills.
You are familiar with general and lab safety.
