**CONTEXT/INTRODUCTION

DG GROW G4 in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information systems for Your Europe, the Single Digital Gateway, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission's Digital Transformation and EU policies.

In close collaboration with other Commission services and its customers, DG GROW G4 builds and operates solutions in the areas of access to information and online public services for businesses and citizens regarding their right and obligations in the Single Market.

The single digital gateway is a project that aims at improving availability and quality of information, personalised assistance and online procedures in the EU's single markets.

It aims at empowering citizens and entrepreneurs to make the most of the opportunities the EU gives them.

The Your Europe portal was chosen to grow into the 'single digital gateway' and host all functionalities required by Regulation 2018/1724.

As part of the project, the Commission is managing a search facility that can search a restricted dataset composed of pages on the Your Europe portal itself, as well as on websites notified by national authorities in EU member states.

The notified national websites are part of a 'links repository', also developed by the Commission.

The Commission is looking for support for the search facility and Your Europe's CMS Business Manager and for the development team.

This will include in particular the development of the different tools' front end functionalities and features and support to users of the search facility and Your Europe.

**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider: Development and maintenance of the Front End of our IT systems Definition of the proposed solutions for fixing or improving our IT systems Documentation of the existing IT systems Assistance with in identifying improvements to our IT systems Coordination and review of the current IT systems Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers Support of users by answering their queries about existing IT systems

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

As stated in the Article of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor degree of 3 years.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

Very good knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 2 and 3, JavaScript
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Good knowledge of jQuery
Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
Ability to fix problems efficiently and fast
Ability to give business and technical presentations
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in front end web development
Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Analysis and problem solving skills
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak and write English C1 will be an advantage;
