As Business Controller, you report directly to the Finance Manager and act as Finance Business Partner for the BELUX scope :

• Provide business analysis to Operations Managers
• Cost controlling and profitability analysis
• Develop, implement and analyze KPI's and dashboards to provide monthly reportings to the Board
• Guide the budget process for each division in your BELUX scope
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and 5-year plans
• Assist internal audit in implementing and following-up best practices
• Assist with CAPEX evaluation on specific engineering projects
• Assist with product pricing strategies

The ideal candidate :

• Fluent in Dutch with excellent French (or the opposite) : able to act as Business partner in both national languages
• Master's Degree in Business Engineering, Finance, or similar studies
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (Business Controller, Finance Business Partner, FP&A, etc)
• A first experience with Navision is an asset (non-mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills : curious, easy to connect with internal clients at multiple decision levels, true "business partner" mentality
• Good command of Excel and PowerBI apps
