    Voor een groeiend bedrijf in de IT & Telecom zijn we op zoek naar een Manager Business Controlling die een cruciale rol zal spelen in het financiële succes.

    Dit bedrijf is dé partner als het gaat om nieuwe technologieën. Met een team van 1200 medewerkers en het hoofdkantoor in Mechelen, zijn ze een belangrijke speler.

    Als Manager Business Controlling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van effectieve controle- en rapportagesystemen om de financiële prestaties te verbeteren. Samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen om inzicht te krijgen in operationele processen, financiële resultaten te analyseren en verbeterstrategieën te identificeren, is essentieel.

    • Leiden en coachen van het business controlling team (5 personen);
    • Opstellen van financiële rapportages en analyses voor het management;
    • Sparringpartner voor diverse afdelingen;
    • Identificeren van risico's en uitvoeren van risicobeheeractiviteiten;
    • Zoeken naar kostenbesparingen en efficiencyverbeteringen.

    Als Business Controller werk je hands-on en ben je een ervaren coach voor jouw team.

    • Bachelor of master diploma (TEW, EW, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur,...);
    • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
    • Ervaring in people management/coaching is een pluspunt;
    • Ondernemend met focus op optimalisatie en verbetering;
    • Zowel IT-minded als business-minded, kennis van Power BI is gewaardeerd.
