My name is Jon Isaksson, I'm the Manager for LCP Business Control at Dustin. As Business Controller, you will get the opportunity to proactively drive change, streamline processes, and make an impact on Dustin's business.

Your role & influence as Business Controller
in Belgium

• Responsibility_: You will be given responsibility for overseeing sales controlling, driving both financial planning and reporting while acting as a strategic business partner to the sales teams within Belgium.
• Collaboration_: Together with your team, you take care of optimising sales performance and financial insights. You will get the opportunity to work independently with driving our processes forward while having support from an experienced controller team, so you never walk alone. You'll also work closely with other colleagues in the sales and finance department.
• Core activities:_
• Mix of both financial and business controlling related tasks such as monthly closing and financial planning & reporting
• Conducting analyses to support management decisions
• Acting as a strategic business partner to the sales teams, optimising sales performance

Additionally, it's important that you have:

• A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in Economics, Industrial Economics, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience with financial or business control positions, with a solid understanding of the business perspective of finance
• Technical skills in financial planning & reporting, analytical tools,
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch
