What you will do:
- Onboard new (power and gas) contracts signed by originators, ensuring correct operational setup, including contract booking, sites switching, consumption/production forecast creation, tax onboarding, management of Axpo Customer Portal for Belgian customers, and handling green certificates and guarantees of origin calculations and booking
- Support Back Office for the preparation of invoices and perform monthly sanity checks before issuing them to the clients.
- Support the Reporting team with the compilation and submission of Belgian regulatory reports to the CREG, VREG, CWAPE and other public authorities
- Support the Accounting Department in their daily activities
- Followup of the changes in the Belgian regulations in terms of taxes, certificates, etc.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the Energy stakeholders in Belgium
What you bring & who you are:
- You are able to work with numbers and large data sets, and you have good knowledge of Excel
- You have a solutionoriented mindset and analytical thinking
- You are highly organized, great at prioritizing and hence a varied role with regular deadlines appeals
- You are resultsoriented and therefore can take ownership for your responsibilities
- You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch are considered an advantage
