The RGF Connect program is all about building bridges and removing barriers, stigmas and prejudices. It is a global social program of RGF Staffing consisting of local initiatives that support people at a distance from the labor market with education, training and employment. Through RGF Connect, we want to offer real life opportunities to more people.
This project also contributes to our goal of being the most sustainable HR provider in the world by 2030.

RGF Staffing Belgium is launching the RGF Connect - HEAR2WORK project with the objective of guiding candidates with a hearing challenge to a suitable job. Thus, on the one hand, we reduce the gap between people with hearing loss and the labor market and society, and on the other hand, we promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
