What does a skeyes Identity & Access Specialist do?
- you monitor and facilitate the Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategic plan and policy in line with regulatory requirements. You do this by developing a plan of action, mapping the various programmes and systems, their access mechanisms and their owners;
- you implement the IAM/PAM policy by building interfaces between the IAM and PAM tool, mapping access rights, building access clusters and linking automatic flows to them;
- you raise stakeholders' awareness of the IAM and PAM procedures and convince them of their importance. Where necessary, you remedy and/or intervene;
- you monitor the IAM/PAM policy and check that the procedures are applied and workable. You also optimise and maintain the tool and set up detection mechanisms;
- you act as SPOC in case of incidents as well as for service desk and other teams experiencing problems with IAM technology;
- you provide support for audits of the IAM and PAM procedures;
- you support additional projects and tasks of the CISO team, e.g. setting up a phishing campaign;
- you provide support for other services' security-related projects, e.g. setting up a new radar or setting up new systems in a controlled environment;
- you attend basic training courses on a regular basis that will help you perform your role.

What makes you the perfect Identity & Access Specialist?
- you have a master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
- you have a broad interest in IT (Cloud / Windows / Linux /....);
- you have an affinity with or a healthy curiosity about broader security issues (policies, monitoring & analysis,...);
- you speak and write English and Dutch or French fluently;
- you are flexible and open-minded within the team; you are not afraid of adjustments or changes;
- you have strong communication skills and know how to convince colleagues of new ways of working;
- you are enterprising, organised and like to leave your mark on your work.
