As Manufacturing Manager you ensure the end-to-end internal production of IBA products—from assembly to shipment—or oversee the on-site installation of accelerators in alignment with central planning.

- Industrial & Operational Background: Engineering background with strong field experience capable of managing production costs quality targets and planning adherence.
- Team & Talent Management: Proven leadership in managing teams (~10 people) including skills assessment coaching and "Management by Objectives" to foster individual development.
