- Je neemt een actieve rol in het aantrekken van studenten van verschillende technische scholen, hogescholen en universiteiten. In samenspraak met het HR team zal je onder andere bijdragen aan het opbouwen van sterke relaties met onderwijsinstellingen en het identificeren van (toekomstige) talenten.
- Je vertegenwoordigt ons bedrijf op diverse jobbeurzen en komt in contact met potentiële kandidaten.
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en plaatsen van vacatures op verschillende platforms en kanalen.
- Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse wervingsmethoden zoals sociale media en professionele netwerken.
- Je screent cv's en voert (telefonische) screeningsgesprekken.
- Je coördineert sollicitatiegesprekken en assisteert bij de evaluatie van kandidaten.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van wervingsstrategieën en initiatieven.
- Je volgt momenteel een relevante Bachelor of Universitaire opleiding.
- Je hebt een sterkte interesse in recruitment.
- Je bezit uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
- Je bent van nature positief en enthousiast ingesteld en werkt graag binnen een team.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
- Ervaring met het gebruik van verschillende wervingskanalen en sociale media is een pluspunt.

Group Depre spitst zich toe op 4 activiteiten in de productieketen van voeding. Vooreerst produceert Group Depre mengvoeders voor de intensieve veeteelt . Daarnaast zijn we actief in de productie van petfood voor vogels en knaagdieren enerzijds en voor hond en kat anderzijds.
