THE COMPANY

Since 1964, CREALIS, an industrial subsidiary, specializes in custom packaging of refrigerant fluids, liquefied gases, and chemicals, handling everything from formulation and recovery to product recycling.

RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Develop the turnover and profitability of the Services activity, in collaboration with the Global Technical Manager.
• Monitor Services reporting with the support of Management Control (budget, variance analysis) to assess and explain results and take corrective measures if necessary.
• Search for, detect, and identify markets to explore for new business opportunities outside the Dehon Group's captive scope.
• Understand markets: influencers, suppliers, competitors, and ensure commercial monitoring.
• Coordinate the specific commercial activities of CREALIS Europe in synergy with the commercial companies of the Dehon Group.
• Define pricing policies.
• Identify communication support needs (traditional & digital) and ensure the visibility of the Services activity.
• Sell service offerings to customers directly or through the Dehon Group's commercial companies.
• Develop services to ensure the recovery of valuable fluid waste: demolition market, waste industry players, etc.
• Establish databases of captive services: regulatory maintenance, maintenance of sold installations.

Tolling

• Prospect with industrial players in the Chemical sector to develop industrial subcontracting activities on our sites.
• Ensure the technical and regulatory integration of these new industrial activities with site management, HSE, Legal, and Production services.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Sales / Marketing.
• Proactive / Initiative, Organizational skills, Good interpersonal skills / Diplomacy
• Project Management, Team Management, Negotiation / Argumentation skills
• Dutch and English: read, spoken, and written, French desirable
• Other languages are an asset

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Master's in Industrial Science (Master / Engineer) in mechanical / electromechanical / chemistry or in design offices
• Desired experience of 5 or 10 years in the sale of technical solutions (industrial processes, equipment, special machines...)
• Knowledge of the Chemical sector would be a plus

ENVIRONMENT

• Regular travel in Europe & worldwide (minimum 60 days / year)
• Internal collaboration with HSE, Logistics, Commercial, Technical services and external collaboration with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorized organizations.
