We prioritise service and hospitality to make sure that every guest that walks through our doors or orders our food gets the full Mission experience. Additional to our food trucks and catering, our restaurants and take away are based in Antwerp, Gent and soon in Brussels. Description de la fonction

You work under the supervision of the kitchen manager
You carry out preparations according to instructions from the person in charge
You help with the miseenplace of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food
You help the responsible person prepare the orders during the shift
You provide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the next shift
You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCP standards
You clean up after the shift and you clean working tools
You respect safety standards during the work
