Your tasks

Report on the service status (SLA, actions, risks, issues, decisions, changes, etc.);
Produce and/or review documents;
Provide support on the design, development and administration of the IT Asset Management program;
Respond to requests from other stakeholders for specific IT Hardware/Software Asset management data;
Maintain and/or contribute to the procedures and processes for effective Software lifecycle management;
Enforce the quality of delivery;
Provide suggestions for service or methodology improvements.

Requirements:

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of minimum 11 years;
Experience in service management, as well as with service management tools and methodologies;
Experience with asset management is mandatory;
Experience with stakeholder management & managing licenses;
Experience of large scale service support, service delivery and business continuity;
Good knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, SLA, OLA, SMT;
Excellent command of the English language
