- Captures, validate and describes technical vision, governance and strategy surrounding .NET development, including supporting and assisting the development teams.
- Capture guidelines and define implementation boundaries.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE situations, Designs and document the formal workflows/template and Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- As a .NET Competence Lead you will be the SPOC regarding .NET technology usage and are responsible for updating and communicating with stakeholders about the technical roadmap.
- You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the .NET developers.Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.Collaborate to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and coach .NET developers, fostering their professional growth and development.Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training
- Project Delivery: Support development and delivery of complex .NET projects.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration where applicable.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years experience
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a development team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, preferably Bicep.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Azure DevOps
