You'll be based in Diegem HQ, Brussels whilst maintaining a strong connection to our international teams in Budapest and rest of Europe.

You'll also get to collaborate closely with our extensive vendor network spanning across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your new job as Vendor Analyst

BILLING:

Reviewing portfolio's Buy Process, such as OPS vendor profitability analysis, vendor renewal agenda, Saving Opportunities
Support the Network Management Team for vendor MBR/QBR meetings with relation to the Buy Process & Performance Reporting
Identify, validate, and propose improvements for the continuous improvement of the endtoend Vendor buy process
Collect, enrich, verify, issue Resolve Transactional Data from SL's Complex Solution and convert, using FOI, to provide First Time Right & Timely Purchase Orders to our Vendors
Supports P&L review & month end reporting by Invoicing Control Processes (Trend, Volume, Accuracy Analysis)
Responsible for the Revenue Accrual Process for month End Reporting and actively action on the resolution of these accruals
Regularly audit the existing processes and work instructions"

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE:

Ensuring a strong performance culture within SL's complex vendor organization (140+ Suppliers: Express, DSC, Freight, 3rd Party,..) and the complex mix of Data.
Responsible for Reviewing Performance Service Delivery KPI trends of assigned portfolio in SL EMEA's Operational Network. Responsible for identifying and prioritizing resolutions on issues and problems that impact this KPI.
Executes Performance followup hyper care for new business implementations in their Region
Operates within Quality Management System procedures and requirements providing corrective and preventative actions as needed
Building relationships with all stakeholder groups (Countries, ALM, regional functions, CSS) ensuring they have clear visibility on performance issues in their area of control
Ability to Read & Translate the Complex SL data and link to operational processes. Analyze data and provide conclusions, supporting strategic decisions, service optimization and performance improvement
Continuously improve and monitor data quality with cooperation of MDM Team
Facilitating cross functional forums to discuss structural issues and identify opportunities for operational improvement, liaise with other experts crossfunctionally to share best practices

What DHL Supply Chain is looking for in our new Vendor Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in operational performance management, data analysis, and process optimization.
Strong understanding of (vendor) billing processes and best practices.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
