Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to partner and advise on staffing strategies.
  • Ability to analyzing data, set benchmarks and metrics, monitor external trends and industry influences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, high energy level, proactive and engaging.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and high volume, coordinate simultaneous requests, and set priorities accordingly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to selfmanage and execute work with little direction.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business or technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years' recruiting experience in a technical organization, ideally for software engineering, systems integration, solution development, and/or software development.
  • Experience with erecruitment systems; Workday preferred.
  • External network of recruitment experts and resources.
  • Demonstrated networking and relationship building a must.
