About you:

After organizing dates in the Netherlands we're looking for someone who can help us launch successfully abroad First stop: Flanders


Next stop:
other big cities in Europe. It's your job to do what it takes to quickly welcome enough singles to Breeze in Flanders.

This requires a diverse set of marketing skills, such as digital marketing, PR, influencers/brand ambassadors, while making sure our content is hitting the right tone in a, for us, unfamiliar market.

About the job:

This will be a very hands on job while at the same time requiring some strategic thinking about how to effectively distribute resources.

You'll first start by working from our office in Rotterdam for 3 days a week to get to know the team and prepare the launch and later shift to working more from Belgium.

Concretely you would:

• Find effective ways to get new users on the app
• Document learnings of the experiments you're running
• Work together with one of the founders to onboard the best bars in the city as date locations

Salary:

You'll get a competitive performance-based salary, based on your experience


Base salary:
€3500-€4500/moand with bonus up to €1500/mo after a successful launch.
