The Role
Our Account Associate On Demand Groceries oversees relationships with small and medium Grocery Retailers.

As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for Grocery Partners - aside from providing the best support, we are partner consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to guide our partner's growth.

The grocery team is a passionate and dynamic group of team players that work well together and with other of course, they're fun and great at building relationships This role is based in Brussels and will report to the Head of Grocery/ Retail.

What you'll do:

Manage the relationship with a portfolio of small and medium partners with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability / revenue
Analyze the performance, presenting performance review meetings with important partners
Manage operational meetings and reviews, build and deliver insight during reviews, remotely
Reactively educate all accounts on operation excellence
Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting grocery partners on best practice
Identify opportunities to developing the relationship with important grocery partners by involving and working with other parts of the Deliveroo business
Assist all newly onboarded partners with tips on how to succeed
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns on your portfolio
Know how Deliveroo works, the tools and is able to present them to Deliveroo Partners.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years experience in commercial roles experience in retail/FMCG, or other highgrowth companies
Experience creating longterm relationships
Open to new things, new strategies and new tools, accepts change
You like challenges and always make sure you reach your goals
You are proactive, and know how to draw conclusions from the results of your actions
You know how to convince and influence Partners to achieve the objectives set beforehand without ever jeopardizing the company's values
Trilingual French-DutchEnglish
