HireOn Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard a French/Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Spain.

• Create a positive dialogue and interaction with dealers and consumers
• Assist and guide customers with all required knowledge
• Respond to customers queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, with empathy
• Have an understanding of client activity, campaign, and product information
• Build and maintain rapport with customers, prospects, colleagues, and clients
• Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets in line with requirements, contributing to the teams/personnel target/SLAs
• Attend training and briefing sessions as necessary to gain expertise and understanding of client and contact centre requirements.

• Native/fluent in French and Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills (and experience)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Time management skills to ensure service coverage
• High sense of professionalism
• Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
