Are you looking for a challenging position within an international organization and do you get energy from a dynamic work environment? Would you like to work as an Administrative employee for our Goods Reception department in our warehouse in Zellik? Then read on and apply now

Please note that you need to be able to work in early and late shifts (alternating schedule per week), between 6.00H and 22.00H.

What You Do On a Typical Day As Admnistrative Employee at our Goods Reception department

  • Planning, coordination and administration of the packages that we receive
  • Coordinate with the drivers that arrive at our warehouse
  • Entering, mutating and retrieving data regarding the goods flows in the various administrative systems
  • Handling questions and contacting the (on-site) customer
  • Administrative support for the preparation of various reports

What You Need To Be Succesfull At GXO

  • MBO+ work and thinking level, experience in the logistic field is a plus
  • Computerskills are an absolute must. You are able to adapt quickly to working with different applications and programs
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French, so you can help all our customers
  • You are flexible, accurate, stress resistant and customer orientated. Planning and organizing are your strongest skills
