We are looking for a Sales Support & Database and Purchasing Coordinator/Data Analyst.

Your tasks, as Sales Support :
o Follow-up of sales & purchase orders (from A to Z) and production orders using SAPo Daily contact with customers, suppliers, carriers, colleaguesYour tasks as Database and Purchasing Coordinator / Data Analyst:

Database coordination & data-analysis:o Control of created / updated itemso Keep price structure up-to-dateo Keep customer database up-to-dateo Set-up E-commerceo Export files and create reports on demand of management
Purchasing and stock:o Take care of the weekly replenishment, with check of prices, quantities and leadtimeo Periodical control of reorder points using analysis method and updateo Monthly check of slow movers and propose actions
