PEC is an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Belgian Headquarters, located in Leuven.

By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Europe and the United States.


Office Assistant

Your tasks

As our office assistant you will:

  • be the first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Be responsible for the travel bookings for our personnel
Furthermore we expect you to handle all the administrative duties regarding logistics admin (receiving goods/packages, processes POs,..)

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience SAP
  • A handson mentality and is willing to take on different tasks when required
  • Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
