As a Project Manager CI, you will support MPU in Business Improvement (Strategic Alignment, Performance Management, Gemba with an Improvement Purpose) by acting on the Operating System, Management Infrastructure, Mindset & Behavior.

Lead Transversal projects with impact on the global Strategy

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Identify the key areas for improvement via a datadriven process and determine the CI Strategy and plan aligned with the MPU
  • Lead, support and facilitate CI projects that have a VS/function impact and that will deliver business benefits to the MPU and larger
  • Delivery of benefits as identified in the projects business cases
  • Manage end to end projects with 6 Sigma methodology (DMAIC) and act as a change agent with all departments of the MPU
  • Act as a coach within the MPU regarding 6 Sigma methodology and as a trainer for CI tools & methodologies
  • Support the deployment and "embed and grow" phases of GPS, the GSK Production System (system defining production and CI standards at GSK)
  • Develop and enhance a culture of Excellence to do things in a simpler, smarter, quicker and in a robust, reproducible way.
  • Ensure effective communication for CI programs / projects
  • Network with other CI experts (GSK Vaccines/GMS) to exchange learning and good practices
  • Remove barriers to progress

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in science related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations in an industrial environment
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Experience in process improvement & lean manufacturing
  • Experience in DMAIC Problem Solving Approach
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain & Quality Control processes
  • Change agent mindset is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:
