Mielabelo - Scrum Master Coach fr/nl

Challenge | Increase Agile ematurity within the Lean & Agile Office.

Talent |

Assist in the early startup (e.g. awareness workshop and board design)
Provide daily coaching to the team during startup
Facilitate feedback sessions to check if corrective action is required (daily coaching, retrospectives,...)
Ensure proper handover to Sustain Mode
Proactive and on demand coaching of the team members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners on mindset and behavior.
Help the team to embrace the continuous improvement mindset
Ensure the support provided is aligned with the Lean and Agile Office

Casting |

Team and individual focused attitude
Know, own and apply, also for himself, the Agile mindset (value and principles)
Positive, dynamic & proactive mindset
Assertive with excellent written & oral communication skills (French and Dutch)
Perfect understanding of the Scrum Methodology
Experience of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
Experience of Scrum Master for more than two different teams: big plus
Experience of Scrum Master in a different context than IT: big plus
Experience in a Lean context is a plus
Good facilitation and timeboxing
