We are hiring an Indirect Tax and Technology Manager EMEA.

As an Indirect Tax and Technology Manager, your responsibility will focus on a wide variety of VAT related topics_

- . You will report to the European Head of Indirect Tax._

Your tasks & responsibilities as an Indirect Tax and Technology Manager:

Manage the VAT compliance for the VAT registrations held in the EMEA region
Provide ad hoc support to the VAT consultants who prepare the VAT compliance
Manage the tax technology aspects of the VAT setup in the system through a VAT cockpit
Provide support during business and finance projects on tax technology, including support relating to Digital Tax Administration and VAT in the Digital Age
Provide day to day VAT advice to different internal departments
Liaise with external VAT advisors
Manage VAT audits
Perform VAT health checks
Follow and implement changes in the VAT legislation in the EMEA region
Provide VAT trainings to internal departments

Your profile:

Level of education: Accounting, Tax, Legal or Economics background
510 years of relevant experience in VAT and relevant experience in tax technology
Profound analytical skills & a technical mind, well organized and good attention to details
Good communication skills
Team player with ability to work autonomously in a customerdriven and results oriented environment
Excellent English language skills (oral and in writing) in order to fulfill internal requirements, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
You like to work in a team and you have the potential to grow and develop within the inhouse tax team
