Cybersecurity Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our client information systems, networks, and data assets. If you are passionate about cybersecurity, possess in-depth knowledge of threat landscapes, and have a proven track record of implementing robust security measures, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture: Design and implement robust cybersecurity architectures to safeguard our systems, networks, and data against potential threats.
  
• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  
• Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, investigate security incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  
• Security Policies: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
• Security Awareness: Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices for maintaining a secure work environment.
  
• Security Audits: Conduct regular security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and recommend improvements.
  
• Vulnerability Management: Implement and manage vulnerability assessment programs to identify and address potential weaknesses in our systems.
  
• Security Tools: Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools and technologies to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of applications and systems.
  
• Emerging Threats: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to ensure our security measures remain up-to-date.
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Expert or in a similar role.
  
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset)
  
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
