Your responsibilities

Management of the portfolio of vacancies for Europe and for some Group positions

  • You own the entire acquisition process for portfolio of European and some Group vacancies (from A to Z including requisitions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and assessments) in close interaction with hiring teams (HRBP and Hiring managers).
  • You draft, modify, and publish requisitions, job descriptions as needed and support/provide guidance to Managers on job description.
  • You guarantees the consistency of the process and tasks to be delivered.
  • You identify and source appropriate talent for open roles within the organization by developing recruitment programs & participating in employment events, such as career fairs, exchange platforms.
  • You create and develop the right network with universities, student organizations to guarantee a continuous flow of talent pipeline.
  • You build and deploy specific or generic Recruitment campaigns for areas and/or countries (Campaign Management).
  • You develop and maintain partnerships with Recruitment agencies, vendors and providers.

Talent acquisition strategy & planning

  • In collaboration with HR Operations and the business leaders, you continue developing, communicate and deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy across the region and the Areas.
  • You articulate and deploy Talent acquisition plans, with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • You liaise with key stakeholders to improve employer's branding on the marketplace.
  • You provide and recommend ideas related to recruitment practices that will contribute to the longterm efforts of the company, implementing any new processes and finetuning current ones.

Talent acquisition Business process expertise

  • In coordination with HR Business process leads, you ensure full leverage of our talent acquisition (TA) systems and tools (Oracle, SHL and LinkedIn,...).
  • You guarantee continuous improvement concerning TA practices. You act as a Process/practice expert internally and externally. You train, facilitate our Hiring community in adopting new practices.
  • You contribute to the talent acquisition automation with related process inputs.
  • You prepare, update basic guidance communication (FAQ, How2 ) on use of Oracle/tools for employees, Managers and EU HR community.

Projects & Talent Management

  • You develop and deploy projects in the field of TA (Talent Acquisition).
  • You interact with Talent management team and HR colleagues guaranteeing an integrated approach of human capital management and connections. between TA, onboarding, Learning, Engagements matters, workforce planning
  • You contributes on special projects outside TA field (best practices, competencies, talent management,...).

Your profile

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in human resources, management, communication, business, or a similar field.

Relevant experience (min 8 years) in talent acquisition in corporate and or search firms

  • Hands on experience managing all aspects of full life cycle recruitment.

English and French mandatory , any other language as a real plus.


Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of acquisition methods and practices.
  • Experienced with ATS (Oracle, Workday,...) or Recruitment tools and appetite for system based recruitment and HRM.

Needed Skills

  • Detail oriented, with strong project management skills, and able to coordinate many activities.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions.
  • Mature and smart communicator, enable to build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization;
