- Monitor and track job cards in the AMOS and ADS systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Update job status, including work completed and any deviations, accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to address any issues or delays in job card completion.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and team leaders to obtain updates on project progress.
- Provide administrative support by documenting project milestones, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to address any concerns or obstacles hindering project advancement.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance or related field is advantageous but not required.
