• As the (Sr.)

Sales Manager, you will play the pivotal role in achieving key functional objectives within your assigned country:

• Formulating and executing strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.-
• Generate a full understanding of the market and its relevant players in all channels.-
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with diverse customer profiles and channels.-
• Proactively identify and solve challenges to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.-
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to achieve organizational goals.-
• This position has a remote setup, but also offers the possibility to work from office in Brussels (BE) and Den Bosch (NL).-
• The primarily intended canditate ́s location is Belgium or Netherlands and reports to the Country Sales Manager BeNeLux.
• Your responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Customer relationship management at all management levels and all relevant functions-
• Develop and implement account plans with all customers to create value and business results.-
• Provide monthly forecasts, generate an understanding of risks and opportunities, track results and develop corrective actions if needed.-
• Develop and implement Marketing activities in close alignment with the Marketing team.-
• Education: bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.-
• Experience: Proven track record in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket.-
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges.-
• Language: Ability to communicate in a professional matter in Dutch and English language is a must; French proficiency would be a plus-
• Accountability: Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to achieving sales objectives-
