Job description
As an Application Scientist, you'll inhabit a versatile role that bridges various departments.

You will not only train new customers to proficiently use it but also provide invaluable user insights to our R&D team for future enhancements.

Generating scientific content, fostering customer relationships, and facilitating seamless lab setups are all integral facets of your responsibilities. By engaging with customers, you'll empower them to optimize their research efforts and achieve elevated levels of success.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate close relationships with our valued customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
  • Collaborate on site and installation planning for optimized customer experiences.
  • Share your expertise with customers, aiding in study protocol refinement and optimal utilization.
  • Contribute actively to challenging R&D initiatives.
  • Embrace exploration by attending conferences (24 per year), onsite customer training sessions, and sporadic sales visits.

Profile

  • Master's or PhD in biomedical sciences, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in preclinical imaging, showcasing your expertise.
  • Possession of FELASA-B or C certificate would be advantageous.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enhancing your ability to interact effectively.
  • Strong organizational aptitude, enabling efficient workload prioritization.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and thrive within collaborative team environments.
