We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Protection Claims Handler with our client.

As a Legal Protection Claims Manager, you will be responsible for studying files, negotiating with opposing parties and appointing a lawyer in the event of legal proceedings.

Description

  • You study the case to determine which parties are involved and who is liable for damages;
  • You negotiate with the opposing parties to settle the case out of court;
  • Are legal proceedings unavoidable? In this case, you appoint a lawyer to defend our clients' interests.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in legal practice, finance and insurance or languages, or equivalent experience in claims management;
  • You are also fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and have a good knowledge of Dutch;
  • Do you also speak English or German? This is an added advantage;
  • P&C insurance (car, fire, family) holds no secrets for you;
  • Enthusiastic, you like to take the initiative, you enjoy learning and your precise work is a guarantee of quality;
  • You're customeroriented by nature, because there's no better strategy for longterm success;
  • You work both independently and as part of a team;
  • You have a strong sense of communication and master the art of negotiation.
