Digital Sales Platforms Specialist:

Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our Marketing team we are looking for a Digital Sales Platforms Specialist.

The Digital Sales Platform Specialist job purpose of the position is multiple as follows:

  • Act as the Business Specialist for the current B2C/B2B/B2B2C platforms. This role is responsible for maximizing the value of the platforms and the work with the development teams
  • Lead the agenda on the developments, deployment and maintenance of these platforms with close coordination with the markets, developers and the Digital Factory
  • Promoting the Scrum Agile Development Methodology for the Ontex Healthcare Division
  • Be the Super User for the C4C system (CRM) and the B2C/B2B/B2B2C platforms in order to support our local key users (maintenance, upgrading, reporting requests)

Main responsibilities and key tasks

Marketing Manager-Digital & Solutions:

  • Get right level of details and requirements from stakeholders or customers on platform developments, integrations, etc. and define the development roadmap
  • Creating & maintaining platform backlog items
  • Sort the development backlog items according to priority to best achieve goals and missions
  • Ensuring that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the development team will work on next
  • Prepare & attend relevant platform management (scrum) meetings
  • Ensuring the development team understands items in the backlog to the level needed
  • Provides necessary clarifications to assist in time & cost estimates and sequencing with the development team
  • Optimizing the value of the work the development team performs & ensure ontime delivery
  • Support & participation in acceptance testing for user stories
  • Liaise with local key users in Healthcare, Ontex IT, Ontex Digital Transformation team
  • Ensure clear communication and reporting on running projects with key stakeholders and adapt message to target audience

As a Super User main responsibilities are:

  • Provide expertise and solutions to the local key users (possible 15% of workload) and provide training to local key users and end-users
  • Reporting to local key users & management (how many users, what functionalities used, ) in order to explain value delivered or uncaptured value & identify improvements
  • Maintain consistency and compliance of Ontex brands image in internal and external digital environments

  • Master degree
  • Attention to details with strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Clear communication (and coaching) skills
  • Ability to bring products to life & motivate teams
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders/customers
  • Flexible
  • Language skills: English and French a must. German, Spanish and Italian being an asset
  • PC Literate and quick learning capability to SAP and BO
  • Technical skills in Platform management, SAP C4C / CRM systems or technical basis to develop
  • Fascinated by digital evolution and technology
  • Preferably 2 years prior work experience in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel
