About the company:

The team you will be joining is a property developer specialising in the development and operation of real estate with offices in Sint-Martens Latem.

They develop and build real estate projects in well-chosen locations in Belgium and France for our clients and are also involved in the operation of many of our completed projects, often as franchisee of world-renowned brands.

The company operates in several real estate sectors, including hotels, pay parking, seniories and student accommodation.

As an employer of more than 60 employees, we regularly offer internal and external training to our employees to help them develop.

We also maintain personal contact with our employees and regularly organise activities such as project visits, dinners, team build-ups and more.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks on graphic design, content and legal compliance.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Targetoriented thinking and organisation around lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
Good knowledge of both Dutch and French.

Duties:

Planning: Effectively plan marketing activities.
Coordination: Full responsibility for brand awareness and lead generation on all online and offline channels.
Processoriented: Implementing structured marketing processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience of several years in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience in coordinating a brand from A to Z.
Experience in lead generation in a B2C environment, preferably in a larger firm.
